Our Returns & Refunds Policy - The MACC Academy
At The MACC Academy, we want you to be completely happy with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law and our own goodwill policy.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our returnsconditions, we will process your refund.● Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
● Please allow 1-7 working days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timeframe may vary

● If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Exchanges:

We will also cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been worn excessively, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
